Some gatherings end. This one stays with you.

Wine Flight is a guided sensory experience for small groups of women. Taste. Music. Real conversation.

Audrey, founder of Wine Flight

“A wine tasting that teaches you to listen to your instincts and prioritize your own thoughts and feelings. It’s a life lesson in the wine. Alchemy.”

— Kim  |  Retreat Participant

Not a wine class. Not a workshop.

Wine Flight designs and facilitates structured sensory experiences that help small groups of women reconnect, celebrate, grieve, reset, and leave with something they carry with them. The experience uses taste, curated music, and guided prompts to create presence and connection without forcing either.

Every experience follows a clear arc. You will never feel like the evening is stalling, veering into awkward territory, or wrapping up without having felt something real. That is the design.

What women say after.

“This is a gift. Just the intentionality behind this — aligning it with the retreat theme, the quotes, the curation — it’s just so clearly thoughtful. This doesn’t exist.”

— Sherese  |  Retreat Participant

“I usually think of wine tastings as a pretentious activity, but this was so far from that. This opened my eyes to mindful consumption and staying in tune with my senses. Audrey thoughtfully took us to church.”

— Retreat Participant  |  Post-Event Survey

“I was curious about what it was. I thought it was only a wine tasting but it was really about connecting who you are and who you want to be.”

— Retreat Participant  |  Post-Event Survey

“Immediately after the pop-up, my friend surprised me with an embodied wine tasting experience, and I have never felt so seen by a stranger I met just that morning.”

— Tayler Simon  |  Birthday Experience, gifted by a friend
